If the company is registered in Hong Kong, its owners must submit the following documents:
- Certified copies of constituent documents
- Identification documents for directors, shareholders and the persons who will manage the account, and a copy of the passport of the beneficiary
- Proof of residence.
If the company is incorporated outside Hong Kong, its owners need the following documents:
- Certified copies of registration documents
- Certified copy of the Memorandum and Article
- A declaration that lists all of the directors and shareholders of the company
- Identification documents for directors, shareholders, persons who will manage the account, and a copy of the passport of the beneficiary
- Banking recommendation if the company is registered more than a year ago.
