Bank of China Hong Kong (or BOCHK) is a locally incorporated licensed bank, the second-largest commercial banking group in Hong Kong in terms of customer deposits and assets.

It was founded in October 2001 as a result of combining the businesses of ten of the twelve banks in Hong Kong originally belonging to the Bank of China Group.

Today the bank provides comprehensive financial solutions for individuals and business customers through a distribution network of over 260 BOCHK branches and more than 580 ATMs in Hong Kong.

The bank is one of the three note-issuing banks in Hong Kong.
