The Bank of East Asia (abbreviated to BEA) is the third-largest bank incorporated in Hong Kong with total consolidated assets of HK$697.4 billion (US$89.9 billion).
Since its inception in 1918, BEA offers a wide range of financial products and services in commercial banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services to its customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major markets around the world.
Today about 10,800 employees serve customers through 91 retail BEA branches in Hong Kong and 60 in mainland China and around 30 in the United States, Canada, and Britain. In Hong Kong, the Bank of East Asia has a network of 88 branches, 63 SupremeGold Centres, and 7 i-Financial Centres throughout the city.
The Bank is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and is one of the constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Index.
